Shipping & Returns
Normal shipping time for an in stock item is usually 2 to 5 business days.
- Shipping is estimated on perfect conditions. Please expect longer shipping times during the holidays from the shipping companies.
- Special orders & truck shipments can take approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
- For orders over $175.00 in the contiguous US lower 48 states (Excluding Alaska,Hawaii & Puerto Rico), shipping via ground shipping is FREE.
- Items from one order may be shipped in multiple packages.
- Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.

A tracking number is typically emailed to you once an order has been completed and shipped. However, in the event an item is not in stock, your order may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. When an item is shipped directly from the manufacturer a tracking number may not be immediately available. If one is needed, please contact Justice Off Road and one will be obtained upon request.
Internet orders will ONLY ship to the United States..
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT:
For Lost or Damaged Shipments Please contact Justice Off Road at 240-500-6620.
All returns require prior authorization from Justice Off Road. We will only accept new, unopened items for return. There are NO returns on ANY electrical item, to include lighting. If you wish to return an item you must contact Justice Off Road to receive authorization within ten (10) days of receiving your item. Any item returned after ten (10) days will only be eligible for “in-store” credit. Returns after thirty (30) days will not be accepted.
Once the return is authorized, Justice Off Road will refund the full purchase price if the above requirements are met, minus ANY shipping charges, which are not refundable. After receipt and inspection by Justice Off Road, any part showing evidence of being: used, installed, modified, installed contrary to instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 30%.
